TYCO BMW (BRITISH SUPERBIKES)
Muc-off Ambassadors – Superbike and Road bike racing
Father and son, Hector and Philip Neill, launched TAS Racing in 2000 after Hector had competed under the name ‘Hector Neill Racing’ for many years prior to then. TAS Racing has enjoyed continued success in British Superbike with 16 race wins and seven top-six finishes in the series and a best finish of second place back in 2012 with Josh Brookes. The team won two British Supersport titles [2007/2010] with Michael Laverty and Alastair Seeley, with Seeley also lifting the British Superstock title in 2009. For 2017 the British championship line-up includes new signing, Davide Giugliano, who joins Christian Iddon in the Tyco BMW starting line-up; the Englishman enjoying his second season in BSB with TAS Racing. Italian Giugliano is a big name star from the World Superbike paddock and despite having to acclimatise himself to a number of the British tracks this season, he is an exciting new addition to the series.
