OSPREY’S LIFETIME GUARANTEE – ANY PRODUCT, ANY REASON, ANY ERA

Osprey’s constant dedication to superior quality, design and craftsmanship backed up by a solid warranty has gained the company countless loyal customers and an exemplary reputation for producing gear that truly lasts a lifetime. Therefore, Osprey thought it only appropriate as they celebrated their 35th anniversary in 2009 to launch an all encompassing guarantee – any product, any reason, any era – The Osprey All Mighty Guarantee (AMG). We at Adventure Inc are distributors of the Osprey brand in South Africa and as such fully honour and support the AMG.

Adventure Inc will repair for any reason, free of charge, any damage or defect in an Osprey product whether it was purchased in 1974 or yesterday. If we are unable to perform a functional repair on your pack, we will happily replace it. We and Osprey proudly stand behind this guarantee, so much so that it bears the signature of Osprey founder and head designer, Mike Pfotenhauer.

SEA TO SUMMIT WARRANTY

‘Sea to Summit warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the intended life of the product under normal use. This warranty does not include damage due to improper use or care, accident, or negligence. This warranty also excludes normal wear and tear and material breakdown due to age, use, or environmental conditions. Sea to Summit’s liability for warranty claims will be limited to repair, replacement, or credit. Warranty decisions are left to the discretion of the Warranty & Returns Department. Sea to Summit will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from a warranty claim, and in no event will Sea to Summit’s aggregate liability exceed the price paid for the product. Hilly socks are manufactured from the best quality yarns and to the highest manufacturing standards to offer you the best possible product experience. Your Hilly socks are guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase so please feel free to return them to the place of purchase, together with your proof of purchase, and we will gladly exchange them if you are not 100% satified.
