We at Adventure Inc are distributors of the Osprey brand in South Africa and as such fully honour and support the AMG.

Adventure Inc will repair for any reason, free of charge, any damage or defect in an Osprey product whether it was purchased in 1974 or yesterday. If we are unable to perform a functional repair on your pack, we will happily replace it. We and Osprey proudly stand behind this guarantee, so much so that it bears the signature of Osprey founder and head designer, Mike Pfotenhauer.

‘Sea to Summit warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the intended life of the product under normal use. This warranty does not include damage due to improper use or care, accident, or negligence. This warranty also excludes normal wear and tear and material breakdown due to age, use, or environmental conditions. Sea to Summit’s liability for warranty claims will be limited to repair, replacement, or credit. Warranty decisions are left to the discretion of the Warranty & Returns Department. Sea to Summit will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from a warranty claim, and in no event will Sea to Summit’s aggregate liability exceed the price paid for the product. Hilly socks are manufactured from the best quality yarns and to the highest manufacturing standards to offer you the best possible product experience. Your Hilly socks are guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase so please feel free to return them to the place of purchase, together with your proof of purchase, and we will gladly exchange them if you are not 100% satified.


Ibis Frames and Rims are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 7 years for the original owner. Ibis will either repair or replace at its option any part it determines to be defective. Paint and finish are covered for a period of 1 year.

This product is guaranteed 5 years (for bags) and 2 years (for accessories) from the date of purchase exclusively against manufacturing defects in workmanship and/or material under the conditions herein set forth. This Warranty is only applicable to products that were purchased from an authorised Pacsafe dealer and for which the original customer’s proof of purchase is provided. If Pacsafe, at its own discretion, acknowledges that the product has manufacturing defects, Pacsafe will either repair or replace the defective parts or the product itself.

To claim your Warranty, please contact the store of purchase first. Alternatively, you may contact Adventure Inc directly. Please include your proof of purchase, your name, a photo or a description of the manufacturing defect, your mailing address and phone number. If you return your product to Adventure Inc, it must be sent by carriage paid and suitably packaged.

We are so convinced that the Hydro Flask® is the best double wall vacuum insulated bottle available that we guarantee every Hydro Flask® product with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Although our lifetime warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, including dents, scratches, powder coat chips from the flask being dropped, damaged, etc., it does cover manufacturing defects.

All La Sportiva® products are covered under a Warranty. This warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear, improper use, or improper care. There is no implied life span of a shoe, due to the variables that can affect footwear. La Sportiva®’s Warranty does not extend to any La Sportiva® product that has been resoled, repaired or otherwise modified. Only original La Sportiva® materials and workman- ship are covered under Warranty. Any La Sportiva® products to be warrantied must be returned to La Sportiva® South Africa for evaluation.

All Quad Lock products are warranties for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not affect any statutory rights one may be entitled to. Improper us of the product may result in product damage for which the purchaser is responsible and not the Manufacturer.  Any claim made under this warranty must be made by returning the defective goods to Quad Lock South Africa for inspection.
