The Endurance Challenge Charity Trust (ECCT) is the brainchild of David Crombie, who has long been an active fundraising athlete. David formed this non-profit organisation with the express purpose of bringing together like-minded runners - Team ECCT - who wish to harness their passion for ultra-distance running in order to make a difference to the orphaned and affected children in South Africa who are innocent victims of the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
