My idea of training is: Anything that isn't endorsed by the Flat Earth Society(must have a challenging hill in it).
Greatest moment of glory: Running headlong into a dam on a night race in Knysna. Winning the mixed pairs at Totalsport Challenge, 2007.
Upcoming Race plans: Run all the new trail races planned for the calendar
Advice to first timers: Train hills. That's the only way you get stronger and build cardiovascular strength. Once you are happy running up hills, time trial them.
Do what your mom told you and eat your veggies. Don't play with the bears in the woods.
