Osprey

Should you find any defect with the way your packs have been built, we will repair or replace it without any charge, within its reasonable lifetime

While cases of wear and tear, accidental damage, abuse and lifetime expirations are not covered we will always try our best to help, and when at all possible we will offer to repair the packs to a functional state. However, at a time because of colour or stock limitations, fabrics and replacement part colours may vary from the original

You are responsible for the shipping cost to get the pack to us for repair. Before you send your pack to us please remember to clean it and remove all personal belongings, or we may not be able to carry out work on it

We look at each case individually and the final decision will be provided upon evaluation of the pack in question

 

Hydro Flask

We are so convinced that the Hydro Flask is the best double-wall vacuum-insulated bottle available that we guarantee every Hydro Flask product with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Although our lifetime warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, including dents, scratches, powder coating chips from the flask being dropped or damaged etc, it does cover manufacturing defects.

 

 

 

Buff®

At Buff® we believe in high-quality products and our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects caused in the production process. Defects or imperfections due to incorrect use or handling of the material or the wear and tear caused by normal use of said items are not covered under one warranty.

SEA TO SUMMIT

Sea to Summit warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the intended life of the product under normal use. This warranty does not include damage due to improper use or care, accident, or negligence. This warranty also excludes normal wear and tear and material breakdown due to age, use, or environmental conditions. Sea to Summit’s liability for warranty claims will be limited to repair, replacement, or credit. Warranty decisions are left to the discretion of the Adventure Inc. Warranty & Returns Department. Sea to Summit South Africa will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from a warranty claim, and in no event will Sea to Summit South Africa aggregate liability exceed the price paid for the product.

LA SPORTIVA

All La Sportiva® products are covered under a Warranty. This warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear, improper use, or improper care. There is no implied life span of a shoe, due to the variables that can affect footwear. La Sportiva®’s Warranty does not extend to any La Sportiva® product that has been resoled, repaired or otherwise modified. Only original La Sportiva® materials and workman- ship are covered under Warranty. Any La Sportiva® products to be warrantied must be returned to La Sportiva® South Africa for evaluation.
